Billing questions
Will I get an invoice for my school or company?
Yes. Just enter your organisation's billing details at checkout — including a VAT ID if you have one. The invoice arrives automatically by email, for every billing period.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes — the monthly plan can be cancelled at the end of each month, the yearly plan at the end of the year. Cancellation works via the link in your invoice email — no calls, no letters.
Do students or event participants need their own licenses?
No. The license covers the person who creates tours and hosts games. Joining via PIN or QR code is always free — no account needed.
Are there discounts for school boards, faculties or agencies?

Can I try GeoWunder first?
Sure: the app is free, joining is free, and you can create individual AI tours cheaply with AI coins — no subscription required. The license pays off once you build tours regularly.
Is there a data processing agreement (DPA) for schools?
Yes — schools, districts and companies can request the DPA via our sales form. Players join via PIN without their own account; details are in the privacy policy.
Which countries does payment work in?
Practically worldwide. As merchant of record, Paddle handles payment, taxes and invoicing in over 200 countries — with local payment methods and currencies.
